Job Objective:
Achieve sales performance targets and maintain strong client relationships.
Core Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales: Generate new business opportunities and close sales.
- Collaboration: Work with partners (Bosch, Yamaha, Biamp, etc.) and the in-house AV Designer Team to propose tailored solutions for customers.
- Pricing Negotiation: Negotiate competitive pricing with partners.
- Reporting: Present and submit weekly sales reports (Assistant Sales Manager only).
- Partner Management: Assist in managing manufacturers of audio solutions.
- Partnership Development: Source and secure partnerships to expand audio-related solutions for customers.
- Focus Areas: Pro Audio Solutions for large venues, particularly in the hospitality and education sectors.
Job Specifications:
Education Qualification:
- Diploma in IT, Engineering, or Audio Visual preferred, or any discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
- Experience in a project-based environment for customized solution sales.
- Knowledge of Pro Sound Solutions for large venues.
- Strong interest in sales management and leadership traits (for Assistant Sales Manager only).
- Familiarity with audio-visual, videoconferencing, and telephony solutions is a plus.
