Job Objective:
Manage daily operations and project implementation matters.
Core Responsibilities:
Operations Support:
- Ensure timely logging and processing of sales orders.
- Handle sales login for Key Account customers, including Purchase and Delivery Orders.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve lead time issues and negotiate project pricing and payment terms.
- Monitor project status, forecast risks, and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with the Finance Team on invoicing and cash flow projections.
- Keep suppliers’ price books updated for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize excess stock.
- Record all maintenance contracts and ensure availability of information for Services Sales and Post Sales teams.
- Facilitate smooth sales handovers to project teams and post-sales.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience in order management or supply chain management within a project-based company.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (face-to-face, email, phone).
- Good planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Diploma in any discipline.
