Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Oversee daily operations, workforce, and project progress.
- Manage budgets for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Address delays or emergencies on-site.
- Optimize manpower and ensure safety standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on site issues and compliance.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must possess Construction Safety Course for Project Managers (CSCPM) / WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites course (MWSHCS)
- Experience in buildings
