Salary: Basic $2000-2500 + High Commission earn up to $6,000-7000/month


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the real estate marketing services sector. This role combines the responsibilities of an Account Manager, focusing on new sales acquisition, client management, and the opportunity for leadership. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales, particularly in cold calling and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Sales Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector, including developers, agencies, and property management companies.
  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, setting appointments, and introducing our comprehensive suite of marketing services.
  • Agency Canvassing: Proactively reach out to agency OR businesses and reach out to more clients
  • Appointment Setting: Arrange and conduct both indoor and outdoor client meetings, effectively presenting our services and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Manage renewals as part of ongoing sales efforts, driving continuous business growth.
  • Sales Renewals: Ensure that client renewals are seamlessly integrated into your sales strategy, contributing to overall revenue and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Utilize your knowledge of our services to identify opportunities to offer additional value to clients, increasing their investment in our offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on building rapport and trust to foster long-term partnerships.
  • First-Mover Advantage: Leverage your role as an early hire to gain a strategic position within the company, with the potential to lead a team as the business grows.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and a focus on high commission opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the real estate or marketing services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in cold calling and appointment setting, with a track record of securing client meetings.
  • Ability to conduct outdoor appointments and build strong rapport with potential clients.
  • Knowledge of marketing or experience working in a marketing agency, with a focus on real estate, is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with the property industry and established contacts within the sector will be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business success through sales.
  • Potential for leadership, with an interest in leading a team as the business expands.
