Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The primary role of this position is to contact potential clients and schedule appointments for our immigration consultants. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in our lead generation efforts by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and arranging consultations.


Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads lists, introduce them to our services, and offer information about the application processes.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for clients to meet with our immigration consultants, ensuring that all necessary details are captured accurately.

Client Engagement: Build rapport with potential clients, answering basic questions about our services and addressing any initial concerns or objections.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to confirm appointments and maintain communication with clients until the consultation is completed.

Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.

Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, appointments set, and other KPIs.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and consultancy teams to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to consultation.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve targets.
  • Basic understanding of the application process is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other telemarketing tools is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
