Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and contractors to clarify and resolve technical issues.
- Perform system administration, troubleshooting, and production support both in-house and at customer sites.
- Support business development, marketing, and sales initiatives, including demos and new product presentations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering or IT.
- Proficiency in network systems, Windows and Linux operating systems, and SQL Server.
- Experience with hardware components, including servers, NAS, SAN, and virtual machines.
- Familiarity with networking equipment such as switches and firewalls.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Experience in project management.
