Responsibilities:
- Support operational quality activities, ensuring compliance with project quality, safety, and security requirements, including ISO9001, 45001, and 27001.
- Conduct internal quality audits and inspections for projects.
- Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in project deliverables.
- Investigate quality issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project quality.
- Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Knowledge of IoT, SCADA, OT-Cyber Security, Integrated Security Management Systems, Smart Building Management Systems, and Industrial Networking Solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with QA tools and processes.
