Job description


We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HR BP) with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. The HR BP will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic and operational HR support to specific business units. This role requires a strong HR generalist background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with leadership to drive business success through people initiatives.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business leaders to understand their goals and align HR strategies to support them.
  • Act as a change agent to support business transformation and cultural initiatives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and recommending solutions.
  • Drive Talent Engagement strategies and initiatives
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support the performance management process, including coaching managers on performance reviews, career development plans, and succession planning.
  • Facilitate leadership development and high-potential talent identification.
  • Collaborate with the compensation team to manage salary reviews, promotions, and incentive programs.
  • Use data and analytics to drive informed decision-making, providing insights on employee trends, retention rates, and other key metrics.
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics to support business performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with local labor laws, and aligned with best practices.
  • Partner with the leadership team to promote and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Develop and support programs that foster a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Lead or support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.
  • Coach and support managers and employees through change processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or post graduate degree in Human resources or equivalent discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or related field
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
