Key Responsibilities:
- Review, design, and drive the implementation of innovative Chinese language curriculum to inculcate children’s joy of learning the language and their development.
- Provide comprehensive training to teachers to enhance their competency in effective teaching approaches, classroom management, and learning needs assessment.
- Collaborate with Centre Principals to lead and support them in curriculum leadership, ensuring alignment with educational goals.
- Continuously strive to raise the overall quality of our programmes and services by implementing best practices and innovative educational strategies.
Requirements:
- A degree in Early Childhood Education with a strong emphasis on Chinese language teaching.
- 5 -7 years of proven experience in curriculum design and development, curriculum training for kindergarten and early years programmes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide educators and principals.
- Passion for creating a positive and impactful learning environment for children.
- Familiar with Howard Gardner’s theory on Multiple Intelligences.
- In-depth knowledge of national frameworks, NEL, EYDF and Spark.
