We are seeking an experienced accountant responsible for comprehensive financial management and basic HR tasks. The ideal candidate should possess full accounting capabilities and be able to proficiently handle the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Accounting Management:Manage and reconcile accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Perform daily data entry to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Employee Payroll Management:Calculate and disburse employee salaries, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues.
- HR-Related Tasks:Handle employee permit applications, cancellations, and extensions.
Assist the HR department with other basic personnel matters.
- Financial Reporting:Prepare regular financial reports and conduct data analysis to support management decision-making.
- Tax Filing:Manage the company’s tax filing and compliance, ensuring accurate tax processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; full accounting experience is preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software and office software (e.g., Excel).
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of HR management and understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
