Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Coordination:Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Coordinate shipments, track goods in transit, and ensure timely delivery to customers or warehouse locations.
Work with freight forwarders, transport companies, and internal teams to optimize the supply chain process. - Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to handle stock movement, storage, and order fulfillment.
Conduct regular stock audits and implement measures to minimize discrepancies. - Documentation and Compliance:Prepare shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, delivery orders, and customs clearance forms.
Ensure compliance with Singapore’s customs and trade regulations, including import/export requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, such as shipment tracking, delivery status, and inventory data. - Vendor and Stakeholder Management:Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Negotiate with logistics partners to secure cost-effective transportation and warehousing services.
Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to meet business needs. - Process Improvement:Analyze logistics operations and identify areas for improvement in terms of cost, efficiency, and time management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s import/export regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Class 4 license with Forklift license.
