Reporting to the Head of Communications, the role is to support the digital communications efforts of ISCA in the areas of social media and other digital platforms, as well as supporting graphic design and illustration of non-digital collaterals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Part of the Digital Communications team which oversees the planning, production, and execution of ISCA’s digital communications efforts to grow and promote the ISCA brand and its strategic priorities
- Strategies and develop short and long term plans for ISCA’s social media strategy
- Create engaging and innovative content for ISCA’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Manage and oversee ISCA’s social media platforms, including community management and research into social media trends and best practices
- Monitor and analyse performance of ISCA’s social media platforms
- Support ISCA’s departments in designing and producing non-digital collaterals such as posters, brochures
Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Arts, Media Studies, Marketing
- Minimally 2 years in a creative-role (i.e. one that involves social media content creation, graphic design, photography, videography, etc.).
- Experience in graphic design and video editing, and use of creative suite tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier Pro, etc.
- Experience in social media content creation and platform management
- Experience with photography and/or videography, including storyboarding, production and post-production, is highly advantageous.
