Job Scope:
- Tactful handling of phone calls and call-in enquiries
- Meticulous handling of queries and requests from superiors and colleagues
- Performed close support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained
- Faxing, filing, scanning and photocopying of documents
- Provision of administrative support to the department
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE "O" Levels and above
- Prior experience in administrative field would be an added advantage
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
- Able to commit at least 3-6 months or longer
