Responsibilities:
- Upkeep & maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 management system documentation.
- Follow ISO 45001 management system of Occupational Health and Safety.
- Support environmental compliance by monitoring all the plant inlet, operating and effluent data to ensure corrective action is taken when needed.
- Carry out plant performance monitoring, water quality checking, dosing, data trending for analysis.
- Ensure all designated equipment calibrations and inspections are up to date.
- Initiate spare parts planning and maintain critical spare part inventory.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot equipment or process issues that affect the operation target of the plant and emergency response.
- Participate in cost reduction activities involving water usage efficiency improvement, source for new water treatment technology/ source for cheaper chemical alternatives.
- Plan, schedule and execute preventive maintenance.
- Develop, maintain and review all processes documentation such as standard operation procedure (SOP), risk assessment, training materials etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year experience in designing of automation equipment.
- Having previous work experience in water treatment process and systems, environment products is essential.
- Knowledge and experience on pumps, motors, valves & piping industry, mechanical and electrical knowledge is added advantage.
- Having knowledge of the procedure of Fire Emergency Response & Chemical Spillage Response.
- Proficient with MS Office application.
- Proactive, independent, resourceful & positive working attitude.
Working hours: 5 days work week (7.50am to 4.55pm)
