Haokai Group is seeking a General Manager for its reclamation sand and essential construction materials business. The successful candidate will be instrumental in development the business strategies, driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver the projects, and fostering strong client relationships within the industry. An in-depth knowledge of the market and a proven ability to meet sales targets are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy Development: Create and implement effective business strategies to meet company objectives.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and establish new business relationships in sectors
- Relationship Management: Enhance and maintain existing client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements.

Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 10 years of sales and management experience in this business
- Strong understanding of the market, including trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
