About the Role
Alcools Group is always looking to bring new ideas to the market, and to work with our customers to deliver the best products for their needs. We are on the lookout for experienced Sales Professionals for our Off-Trade (Minimart & Event Organisers), On-Trade (Bar, Restaurants, Cafes, Etc), Modern On-Trade (Night Clubs, Hotels & Supermarket) and Duty Free (Ship Channel, Aircraft Channel and Duty-Free Islands) sales team.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new customers and customer segments within Singapore.
- Manage, administer and be responsible for the customers and accounts under your purview.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience across the end-to-end customer journey including, order processing, order fulfilment and billing.
- Work closely with the Commercial and Marketing team to execute new product launches, campaigns, and promotions for your customers.
- Have a keen understanding and provide feedback on the evolving competitive landscape.
Pre-requisites
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience with a track record, specialising in alcohol sales or generalists across many categories will be added advantage.
- Familiar with beverage customers.
- Self-motivated with positive can-do attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese. Indonesian will be an added advantage.
