Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support across all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Maintain and update the HR database and employee records accurately.
- Manage leave and attendance records for employees.
- Update and implement HR Policies, Procedures, Employee hand book in alignment with local legislation and compliance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company and employee welfare and engagement events and activities.
- To shortlist for suitable training courses for employees, registration, following up on relevant training subsidies, liaise with the training providers and respective departments on training matters.
- Liaise with insurance brokers on policy renewal, medical and hospitalization claims.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Meticulous and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
