Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test process for product assemblies.
- Perform functional and performance testing on mechanical and electronic assemblies.
- Conduct mechanical adjustments and alignments to ensure product specifications are met.
- Identify, document, and track product defects and inconsistencies.
- Work cross functional to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Analyse test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to the team.
- Improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Keep track trends and best practices in product testing and mechanical adjustments.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in product testing, mechanical adjustments, and alignment.
- Good knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with manual and automated test measurement tools.
