Managing
- Directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company.
- Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the board.
- Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by the management and other employees.
- Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets.
- Monitoring the actions of the functional board directors.
- Representing the company to handle major customers and suppliers.
- Building and maintaining an effective executive team.
- Formulating and successfully implementing company policy
- Develop training programs for employees
Sales
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Establishes sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Operation
- Supervise employees; responsible for ensuring productivity is within established budgets and manage resource planning, attendance, discipline, payroll, accident investigation, safety awareness and interviewing candidates for various roles within the assigned departments and throughout the division
- Responsible for departmental quality, productivity, overall performance, food safety compliance, regulatory compliance and departmental safety programs
- Manage departments; coordinate production schedules with other departments to meet overall operational needs of the facility
Requirement
- Possess at least a Diploma Certificate
- Have at least 15 years and above working experience and related industry
- Able to work irregular hour especially midnight shift
- Able to work on weekend
