Admin Coordinator - Entry Level (Fresh Graduates) (RB2)

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)


JOB DESCRIPTION

· Manage and route phone calls appropriately

· Process and report on office expenses

· Maintain physical and digital employee records

· Schedule in-house and external meetings

· Distribute incoming mail

· Make travel arrangements

· Organize company documents into updated filing systems

· Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)

· Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports


JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum Diploma and above

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

· Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
