Key Responsibilities

1. Property ValuationAssess market value of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
   
2. Market Research and AnalysisGather and analyze data on real estate trends and market conditions.
   
3. Site InspectionsInspect properties to evaluate condition and document findings.
   
4. Financial AnalysisAnalyze financial information and perform valuation modeling.
   
5. Report PreparationPrepare detailed valuation reports.
   
6. Client InteractionCommunicate findings and provide advice to clients.
   
7. Regulatory ComplianceEnsure valuations comply with laws and standards.
   
8. CollaborationWork with real estate professionals and internal teams.
   
9. Technology and ToolsUse valuation software and stay updated on new tools.
   
10. Continuing EducationParticipate in professional development and maintain certifications.
    

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in real estate, finance, or related field.
• Certifications like MAI or CREA preferred.
• Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be given
