About the Role:
In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and the company, ensuring a positive customer experience, supporting marketing efforts, and assisting the sales department to drive business growth. This is a dynamic role, requiring you to work under a duty roster to ensure coverage during operational hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues.
- Promote the company’s products and services while supporting marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in meeting sales targets and ensuring smooth sales processes.
- Maintain customer records and handle correspondence.
- Work under a duty roster to ensure customer service availability during operational hours.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
