We are seeking a LinkedIn Engagement Specialist with a focus on headhunting to identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates for recruitment purposes. The ideal candidate will strategically interact with professionals on LinkedIn, engage with relevant content, and assist in building a talent pipeline for our recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively search for potential candidates and engage with their content to initiate connections
- Use LinkedIn’s advanced search and filters to identify top talent for specific roles
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through meaningful LinkedIn interactions.
- Reach out to targeted individuals through personalized connection requests and messages
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to support candidate outreach and engagement
- Monitor LinkedIn activities to stay up to date on candidates’ availability and career changes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in using LinkedIn for headhunting or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and engagement strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to craft personalized messages to attract potential candidates
- Ability to work independently with a focus on results
