This position reports to the Company Director and the Project Accounts Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle full scope of QS duties which includes material take-off and variations.
- Provide estimating cost and implement Contract administration for renovation projects.
- Coordinate with project team for the cost estimation for any additional works.
- Ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation.
- Submit accurate cost and time implications to client.
- Preparation and submission of monthly claims to main contractors and receivables for project
- Correspondence and follow up with clients and subcontractors
- Record and maintain montly claim/weekly receiveble reports
- Generate invoices
- Preparation for certification of monthly /ad-hos sub-contractor claims
- Checking for final claims quantity, VO, AO, retention and contract amount for final claims submission
- Maintain data accuracy in ERP software with proper documentation, filling and entries
