Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm
Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
The incumbent will work alongside with the team manager to manage the company’s inventory system and committed to maintain data accuracy and integrity of the system.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s inventory system
- Provide support for periodic stock checks and stock takes
- Oversee & ensure inventory accuracy in the system
- Review inventory documentation, records and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies if any
- Liaise with warehouse personnel on inventory matters
- Ensure timely updating of supplier price lists and computation of selling price
Requirement:
- Minimum a Diploma or equivalent, preferably in logistics or related field
- Possess relevant experience in inventory control
- Must have knowledge and experience in Microsoft office (Excel)
