JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition or retention
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and traditional advertising
- Create engaging and persuasive marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, advertisements, and promotional materials
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and online advertising campaigns (PPC)
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and analytics to identify opportunities for content creation, engagement, and community building
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Analyze marketing data, metrics, and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies and tactics to attract and convert prospects into customers or clients
- Manage marketing automation platforms, email marketing campaigns, and lead nurturing processes to drive conversions and customer retention
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Results-oriented, ambitious and positive working attitude
