JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and organize events such as conferences, meetings, and corporate functions
- Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas
- Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource needs
- Book venues, arrange catering, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Handle all logistical details, including transportation, accommodations, and equipment
- Ensure all event materials and supplies are prepared and delivered on time
- Promote events through various channels, including social media, email, and print materials
- Design and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, invitations, and brochures
- Manage event registration and attendee communications
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown
- Manage event staff and volunteers, ensuring everyone knows their roles and responsibilities
- Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the event
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring events are delivered within budget
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and assess the event’s success
- Prepare reports on event outcomes and provide recommendations for future events
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in any field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
