- Position : Logistics Assistant (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Training provided)
- Location : East – Changi
- Working hours : 5.5 days : Monday to Friday; 8.30 - 5.30 / ALTERNATE SATURDAY 8.30 -5.30
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : GROSS Up to $3000 (Basic $2400 + $100 Transportation + Overtime Pay) + 14 Days annual leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Liaising with customer or agents for the air freight / sea freight operation and customer service matters
- Support / co-ordinate with customer service team and sales team in searching for the contractor’s cost for trucking / shipping liners / airliners etc.
- Complete documentations including billing invoice.
- Full operations handling on Air & Ocean freight’s import / export
- Input all the air freight / sea freight shipments data / billing into Operational System
- Assist sales team with operations and quotations
- Complete documentations and operations on Air & Ocean freight, such as permit application, shipment data, billing and other operations.
Requirements:
- Minimally O Level
- ALL WELCOME - Training provided
- Knowledge with International Trade (Import/ Export) is a plus
