- Position : M&E Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter (Mechanical and Electrical/ AutoCAD) - ALL WELCOME
- Location : Alexandra Road (Nearest MRT: Labrador Park - 9minutes walk)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday/ 9AM to 6PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5200 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days annual leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Understanding the requirement of MEP tender document
- Tender preparation including bills of quantities (BOQ), quantity take-off, sourcing of contractor or supplier, and cost estimation
- Attend site show-round
- Compilation of quotations and comparison of quotes
- Assist in project procurement
- Preparation of MEP shop drawing, co-ordination drawing, details drawing, and As-Built drawing
- Update MEP Construction drawing regularly based on the layout changes
- Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirements:
- Other Advanced Diploma/Post-Diploma qualification and equivalent in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Knows Autocad
- Minimum 3 years of junior roles.
- Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin client only.
