Job Scope
- Assisting Chefs to prepare and arrange food ingredients to meet the production schedule demands.
- Maintaining and organising kitchen inventory and arrangement and storage of raw ingredients.
- Packaging of finished products and organisational of storage facilities.
- Operating a variety of kitchen appliances including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens.
- Maintaining the cleanliness in the kitchens including cooking surfaces and equipment and utensils.
Requirement
- GCE N Level and above
- 1 – 2 years’ relevant working experience
