Job Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent services and establish long term business relationships with existing customers
- Ensure close follow-up with customers to close the sales deal
- Provide support and after-sales service to customers, including problem solution, provide advice/consultancy, attend enquiries, complaints and order by regular visits to maintain a good relationship
- Assist and follow-up payment collection
- Prepare action plans for effective search of new and prospects customers
- To conduct effective presentation, work out the best proposal and negotiate pricing with customers
- To assist in planning of sales strategy to achieve the annual business plan
- Identified new markets and business opportunities by cold calling/meeting target assigned by management
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma qualifications with 1-2 years of sales experience with own transportation
