OPERATIONS
General Office Administration and Operations
- Provide administrative and logistics support
- Responsible for managing the premise cleaning services and ensuring premise tidiness
- Support ground operations (e.g. registration, assist in moving supplies) and compliance with health monitoring
- Receive and inspect incoming goods
- Top-up medical items in wards and stores
- Updating of store records
- Make requisitions for replenishment to maintain stocks at optimal level in accordance with established company procedures
Facilities Management
- Administer preventive maintenance programs
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all items and assets related to facility management and housekeeping, including supervision of contractors
Workplace Safety and Health
- Coordinate the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) team and keep record of incident reports
- Implement safety regulations and precautions and ensure that staff are briefed and prepared for emergency and rescue operations
- Corrdinate with Fire Safety Manager on staff induction in fire safety and evacuation procedures
