Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative support for order processing, fulfilment and deliveries
- Inform all discrepancies to respective customer via email
- Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report
- To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
- Data entry for inventory management
- Ensure that all stock inventory data are handled correctly and accurately to prevent inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with import and export operations, to ensure accuracy in documentations and invoicing
- Assist in any other duties as required
Requirement:
- At least 1 year's experience as logistics admin / warehouse customer service
- Experience in 3PL is an advantage
- Good team player, can do attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel
- Proficient in WMS / SAP
- Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers
