- Handle daily tasks from various departments working with Business Digital Transformation
- Help/Direct and assist with troubleshooting on processing system
- Handle email enquiries from clients & intermediaries/various stakeholders
- Any other duties assigned by section head.
Our Requirements - Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level,
- Experience in Group Insurance/ Claims experience is an advantage
- Task and results oriented, and a good team player
- Detailed and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Coding (Python) knowledge would be a bonus.
