Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 0825 – 1745; Alt Saturdays: 0825 - 1230
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Export operations runs smoothly, and SOP compliant.
- Manage and co-ordinate the entire shipment process for customers.
- Implement and establish new processes for export / import operations.
- Review export / import operational procedures for continuous improvement, to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare KPI reports for customers & attend to Operation Review meetings when required.
- Plan / schedule space for all origin stations.
- To be proactive in preventing service failure
- To be resourceful in managing recovery
- To co-ordinate shipment closely with Customers and various department to ensure shipments executed correctly
- To monitor & ensure Customers make prompt payments
- To rectify & resolve payment discrepancies
- To develop good relationship with Customers
- o observe & control daily operational issues in order to comply Customer’s requirements
- To co-ordinate Customer Service & Operational information and expedite for replies
- To analysis and recommend corrective actions
- To handle customers complaints
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in Freight forwarding industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
