Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse activities
- Establish and oversee fundamental procedures and their execution, such as MHE pre-inspection and daily walk-abouts in the relevant work environments, with the assistance of section leads beneath SLM.
- Take charge of closing any unfavorable findings by supervising and monitoring the WSH monthly reports.
- Establish a schedule and assign the corresponding tasks to the corresponding section leads.
- Track the accomplishment of the corresponding project tasks.
- Get any escalated information from the section leads regarding any impending hold-ups or roadblocks.
- Give the appropriate section leads the necessary counsel and direction to ensure their comprehension.
- Create a manpower resource planning strategy for operations.
- Interview potential hires in the event that the operations team needs more personnel.
- Examine the monthly departmental profit and loss (P/L) beginning with sales revenue and working your way up to gross profit with the direct supervisor.
- Provide some suggestions for increasing our revenue or/and expenses so that we can continue to discuss and make decisions with the immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a managerial position in 3PLWarehouse operations.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environments
- Ability to motivate & manage a dynamic service-oriented organization.
- Ability to support change in a fast-moving environments & coach organization
- Ability to use the technical skill, process discipline to build & develop service deliverables & capabilities.
