Working Hours: 5.5 Days Mon - Thursday 9am -6.30pm, Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm
Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul work on heavy vehicles
- Complete work order for each vehicle and unit serviced
- Conduct service maintenance on trucks, including:
- Power steering diagnostics and repair
- Engine overhaul
- ESCOT control housing, gearbox, and rear axle overhauls
- Advanced multimeter measurements and wiring repairs
- Emission-related system repairs
- Electrical fault tracing, repair, and calibration using Tech Tool
- Carry out mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs
- Record repair details and time in the Work Order
- Follow warranty processes and procedures, including proper handling of parts
- Manage tools and equipment responsibly
- Respond to breakdowns as needed
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Hands-on working experience Vehicle
- Able to work in fast-paced working environment and able to follow safe work procedures
