Responsibilities:
- Create relationships and identify customer needs while recommending appropriate solutions to drive both individual and team sales, margin, accessories, and overall performance.
- Knowledgeable in-store operations – tasks, and methods.
- Planning and executing store marketing activities.
- Ensure close communication and understanding between key holders and the team.
- Housekeeping, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Maintain in-store visual merchandising is accurate to store standard.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year in the retail sales experience
- Communication skills
Outlets Location: Central & Jewel
5 Days work week (Including weekend)
Working hour: 2 shifts (Morning & Afternoon)
