Copper Chimney is a tribute to the secret recipes and culinary techniques passed down from Undivided North India. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team, ensuring that Copper Chimney continues to uphold its commitment to quality, authenticity, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service.
  • Ensure the restaurant adheres to food safety regulations and maintains high standards of cleanliness.
  • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and profit margin analysis.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality, portion control, and efficient service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive restaurant footfall and revenue.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
  • Organize and oversee special events and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a 6 years Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality or Food and Beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, expense tracking, and revenue forecasting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • A passion for North Indian cuisine and culture is a plus!
