Working as a Sales Development Representative at Procurement Leaders (World 50 Group), you will play a critical role in the success of our global sales team, creating the fuel required to accelerate the growth of our membership business and supporting our existing members. You will be our eyes and ears in the APAC market, building relationships, providing feedback and gaining commitment from senior executives in multi billion-dollar organisations.
What you can expect from the role
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for cold-calling prospects, building a sales pipeline and educating the value Procurement Leaders is delivering to our community. You will become an expert at using lead generation tools and be able to conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips. If you’re passionate about understanding how business works, providing a world-class customer experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this role is perfect for you.
Sales:
- Contact senior procurement executives via telephone, email and LinkedIn
- Arrange qualified sales meetings for the Sales Directors
- Educate prospects on the value that Procurement Leaders delivers to its members
- Identify and connect with new contacts who align with the Procurement Leaders value proposition across the APAC region
- Continuously update and maintain accurate intel on prospective members
Account Management:
- Schedule existing member interactions for the APAC commercial and advisory teams in the region
- Supporting the running of peer community cohort calls in region, ensure no technical issues and create post event reporting
- Proactively recruit members for live and virtual events throughout the member calendar
- Support execution of renewal plans and directly support the Account Manager with scheduling calls/meetings and prepare usage statistics
