PM Specialist/Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for Precious Metal forecasting, planning to be in-line with budget. Coordinating and reporting of Precious Metal position and liaise with refineries and other dept in the value chain.
  • Ensure term and clause stated in the contract is abide.
  • Process Sales order to factory based on Customer’s demand, update into ERP system, maintain customer order reports and follow up closely with production and customer on the order status.
  • Co-ordinate with sales, product manager & production control planner to meet customer requested deadline and highlight any potential misses and follow up with planner on recovery plan.
  • Process Previous Metal transaction for order and shipment in the ERP system. Verify and send pool account statement to customer on monthly basis.
  • Co-ordinate with control planner, quality & warehouse to ensure shipment are met on time.
  • Process RMA for all type of returns for customers.
  • Monitor target expiry after shipped based on contract term.
  • Manage OTD report and Forecast report.
  • Track all orders and movement for records
  • Attend to customer’s calls and inquiries.

Job Requirements:


  • At least Diploma/ Degree in business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP (SAP) system is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Ability to read, interpret and speak professionally.
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to define problem/issues, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders).
  • Positive and customer-centric.
