We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to specialize in Identity and Access Management (IAM), SAP Security, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). This position offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic sales initiatives, build key partnerships, and help organizations navigate their cybersecurity challenges through tailored professional services.


Your role will focus on understanding clients' cybersecurity needs, presenting customized consulting and integration solutions, and building long-term client relationships. If you have a passion for cybersecurity and strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, this could be a great fit.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and qualify potential clients across various sectors

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets

- Build and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline through proactive lead generation


Client Engagement:

- Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in client organizations

- Understand client security needs and propose customized cybersecurity solutions

- Conduct service presentations to showcase the value of cybersecurity solutions


Market Intelligence and Insights:

- Keep up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends and developments

- Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights


Desired Skills and Experience:

- Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and solutions

- Familiarity with Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) services

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences

- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

- Demonstrated success in selling professional services or consulting solutions within the cybersecurity domain

- Familiarity with CRM tools and experience in using data to drive sales decisions

- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards like GDPR, NIST, or HIPAA is an advantage
