Our business development team is the backbone of our strategic expansion efforts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare marketing. Your day-to-day will look like this:
- Engaging in sales and business development activities to drive revenue and client acquisition.
- Strategically manage and expand accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies that align with our sustainability goals.
- Spearhead efforts to expand our local and regional presence, identifying new market opportunities and establishing Sustainable Growth Experts as a leader in healthcare marketing.
- Actively pursue new accounts, leveraging your expertise in deal closing to grow our client base.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven experience in sales, with a strong track record in business development and deal closing. (Fresh grads are welcome if you're hungry for a sales career)
- Ability to manage accounts with a focus on fostering long-term business relationships.
- Skill in collaborating with teams to craft strategies that drive growth.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and a keen insight into healthcare market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with managers and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to obtaining new accounts and expanding our business footprint

Salary, Commission, and Bonuses
- Starting base salary of SGD$3800 (depending on experience)
- High and recurring commissions (Up to $12k a month)
