Job description:
· Passionate about preschool education and able to positively engage stakeholders in the holistic development of the child.
· Guide staff in the holistic development and care for children, and build a safe and conducive environment that best meets their needs.
· Manage school staff, parent communications, school enrolment.
· Facilitate proactive and positive engagement with parents and the community.
· Oversee professional development and well-being of staff.
· Responsible for school events and activities throughout the school year.
· Ensure licensing requirements, health and safety regulations are maintained at all times.
· Responsible for overall curriculum delivery.
· Handle all matters related to the administration of the school.
Requirements:
· Possess Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching with more than 5 years of teaching experience.
· Keen to undertake the Diploma in Leadership (sponsorship may be considered for suitable candidates).
· Committed individual with strong communication skills
· Creative and inspiring with loving energy for our young children.
· Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
· Possess excellent leadership qualities and management skills.
· Independent and self-driven team leader as well as a team player.
· Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
