Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Mini Mart Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store employees; conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment.
- Sales and Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting store offerings.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock orders, and ensure proper merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
