Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage OS teams, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality service delivery and effectively prioritizing tasks to achieve goals under tight deadlines.
- Manage the OS contract portfolio to ensure alignment with corporate policies.
- Spearhead tender/contract review exercises for Workplace Services.
- Plan and execute key initiatives and projects to enhance the workplace experience and boost employee productivity.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in business administration.
- Preferably with 3 years of diverse work experience with at least 1 years in a managerial role within a large organization.
- Good interpersonal skills, including written and spoken communication.
- Proficient in MS Office and G Suite.
- Detailed, organised, and able to work independently.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
