Role Description:

This position reports to the Operations manager and interfaces with both the sales consultant and customers. Finnz Capital Pte. Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for filing systems and document management.
  2. Provide support to inbound enquiries from customers, calendaring for interviews and arranging candidates for interviews etc
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
  4. To be able to handle any operational tasks such as budget analysis, project coordination, or event planning.
  5. Assisting in invoices preparation to customers
  6. Responsible for processing transactions and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written)
• Possess a dynamic, committed attitude with strong sense of initiative
• Able to work independently and has a good eye for details
• Team player with ability to relate to all levels of management
• Positive, energetic, and willing to learn.
