Role Description:
This position reports to the Operations manager and interfaces with both the sales consultant and customers. Finnz Capital Pte. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for filing systems and document management.
- Provide support to inbound enquiries from customers, calendaring for interviews and arranging candidates for interviews etc
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
- To be able to handle any operational tasks such as budget analysis, project coordination, or event planning.
- Assisting in invoices preparation to customers
- Responsible for processing transactions and other ad hoc duties.
