Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact between customers and the workshop to ensure quick responses and smooth service.
- Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
- Arrange test drives with customers to identify any additional issues, if needed.
- Accurately record customer concerns on the job card.
- Provide service quotes and estimated time for completion.
- Recommend best practices like service intervals and warranties.
- Monitor service progress and update customers.
- Inspect repaired vehicles before handing them back to customers.
- Coordinate with other departments to fix any issues after repairs.
- Manage vehicle check-in and check-out processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service.
- Handle documentation for cost estimates, repair quotes, and vehicle history.
- Complete admin tasks, billing, and close job cards on time.
Requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Engineering preferably automotive-related.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Possess the ability to detect basic vehicle faults and problems.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess proficient computer skills to manage customer information and process service orders.
- Work location: Defu Lane
- Able to work alternate Saturday
