Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer enquiries on Maid / Helper (Migrant Domestic Workers) hiring and handle Pre / after-sales follow-up and services.
- Match customer's requirements with Maid / Helper's profiles.
- Arrange and facilitate the selection & interview of MDWs all the way to deployment.
- Ensure that all the necessary documents are processed with the MOM.
- To perform other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is required for this role.
- Willing to learn (Training will be provided)
- Customer oriented, trustworthy, patience and good attitude.
- Working exp in related fields or sales exp will be an added advantage.
