This is an hourly paid Part-Time contract position (4-5 times a week). Working hours (5-6 hours /day or half days) can be discussed and mutually agreed upon with the hiring manager. $10/hr

• data entry for invoices
• process claims and check OT sheets
• Administrative support to accounts manager
REQUIREMENT
• Good coordination and communication skills in both written and oral English and Chinese
• Good working knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word.
